Is it normal to have like a swelling pus in my penis after cicumcision? Thank you

It really depends. Pus, foul smelling yellowish cloudy liquid can be a sign of an infection, usually accompanied by redness, swelling, pain, and potentially fever (sign your body is fighting the infection). However, a little bit of "yellowish" not so pleasantly smelling liquid can be normal and part of the healing.

It is important to keep the incision part clean. If you have it available, you can buy Neosporin and apply that twice a day to the wound, don't over do it though so 2 is really enough. Also keep your penis clean, rinse it with water, chamomile tea, or dip in salt bath water for a few minutes (2-3 minutes max in the first days).

Ultimately, it is just a guideline, I cannot tell you whether it is an infection or not, as I don't see it and even if I saw it I am not a doctor myself.
