White spot and red spots on lower side of penis shaft?

Ive had this big white blotch of skin on the base of my penis for about a year. It all started out as a red irriated spot then eventually the redness went away and turned white. There are a few red spots left. They seem to dry and get kind of scaly when not applying lotion on them. Sometimes they seem to be smooth and red and sort of shiny. When I have sex or masturbate they get really irritated and red. It seems like it starting to move to the right of my penis. What could this be? Is this a fungal infection or just shaffing? This is very embarrassing and ruining my sex life. Picture is attached. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Could be vitiligo . If it's vitiligo don't worry about it . But you need to confirm with a doctor first

Your symptoms are like that of penile psoriasis. Go to the doctor and hell probably give you a cream or have to give you injections that prevent this. Good luck!
