Circumcision advice

Im looking for advice from anyone who has been in the same position as myself. I had a frenuplasty about three years ago to repair a torn frenulam. I experience mild pain 80% of the time while having sex- on a scale of 1-10 i would say the pain ranges from 4-8. Following sex the area is sore and fades away over three days. Im going to see a urologist next week for advice on circumcision but also would appreciate advise from anyone who has been in this position. My dilema is i have put up with it for three years so why put myself through the operation, on the other hand i have the op and the pain has gone but would i still enjoy sex as much after circumcision?
