It's now 10 days after my circumcision and the GP advised me not to wash the wound until it's dry,but there are some cakes of blood on it, what should I do and when does the wound heal?

Any of the dirt that was around my frenulum seemed to be stuck. It seemed to be like stuck to my stitches and I couldn’t pull it off so I asked my doctor if it was ok to leave the dirt/gunk and he said it would dry up and fall off just make sure you have a shower like twice a day. And he was right it did fall off eventually.

Here’s a tip: when your in the shower put your hand over your penis, so essentially your not letting the shower pound the incision wound but the water will run over it and clean it in the process and make sure to pat dry after with some toilet paper. I did that twice a day.

Thanks a lot.i thought of soaking it in salty warm water,is it OK?

Oh yeah definitely. If you can try get some Epsom salt and sprinkle some of that in the bath because it promotes healing. Make sure you have a quick shower after the bath though to wash off the bacteria.
