Ejaculation problems

Hey so I'm a 28yo male relatively fit and healthy or so I'd assume anyway

So in the 14 years I've been having sex I've noticed that I very rarely ejaculate during sex maybe about 4 or 5 times in total which obviously is really starting to bother me as my current partner is worrying that she isn't satisfying me and we'd like to start a family aswell.

I can usually ejaculate through masturbation but its only been in extreme risky cases that ive cum during sex i.e. outside with the risk of being caught. Or when i was secretly dating my best friends sister ect and help or advice would be muchly appreciated. Thanks
