Balinitis treatment

Hi

Im 15 years old and have just gotten rid of tight foreskin, the problem is that I still have bad balinitis (penis head swollen). It almost looks infected, how do i treat this? :/

Only when I touch it

The head without the foreskin is now hypersensitive. This will last a few weeks but will gradually diminish and will be fine afterwards.
