Why can't I pull my foreskin all the way back ?

Hello I'm 13 years old and can pull back my foreskin however it gets stuck to the head so am unable to pull all the way back any thoughts ?

Completely normal at your age. Try gentle stretching of the skin when in the bath or shower. If it not causing you pain then do not worry.

It’s actually normal at 13.However, you can loosen it by inserting two fingers into the opening and gently pulling. Try to hold five minutes and do it four times per day. In 4-6 weeks it should be a lot looser.
