Difference between Foreskin attachment and frenulum of penis. Does it differ?

I'm 24, pretty sure i have phimosis. But what concerns me is that at the bottom of the tip of my penis, there is a string of skin attached to the foreskin it seems. Is that foreskin attachment, or its actually normal?

I'm quite worried to be honest cz if it's frenulum (i dont know much please do enlighten me) i think its normal right and it's just tight foreskin. But if its foreskin attachment, it's a big issue isn't it?

I thought it was normal before this because my dad passed away early so basically no one thought me how to deal with these things, or what's normal and what's not. I just found out about all of these and am starting to worry how will i deal with it.

It does no effect do my daily life, no pain while urinating nothing. Except that i can't pull it back while i'm masturbating, so i don't think i can have sex right?

can anyone enlighten me please? I just hope i do not have to go through circumcision.

What you describe sounds like the frenulum. if you can’t retract fully, you might have a combination of short frenulum and a small opening. Both are fixable with simple exercises. While flaccid, insert teo fingers into the opening and gently pull apart. Hold five minutes snd do it four times per day. As the opening becomes larger and retraction becomes easier, you’ll become aware of the frenulum’s limits. Retracting to the limit and holding will usually place stress on the frenulum, thus encouraging it to lengthen. Expect to put in about two months, about the same time as recovery from surgery. The good news is that by remaining intact, you won’t suffer the inevitable loss of sensitivity which circumcised men complain of.

That string is the frenulum and it's normal. Can you retract you foreskin? If not, it can be a too tight foreskin or a too short frenulum. If your frenulum is too short, you can get it lengthened. If you have a too tight foreskin, I advise you to get circumcised as I did. And don't let you be scared off by anti-circumcision people like Jimfromcalif here on this forum. What they tell is definately not true!
