My foreskin won’t go down my shaft when erect

I’m 15 years old (going 16) and when I’m erect I can’t pull my foreskin down my shaft as it stops just past the head. If I try this non-erect my foreskin goes down my shaft a bit but my shaft bulges out, as if my foreskin is too small. Will this be a problem during sex or is this normal?

At 16, it’s still in the normal range. Work on stretching the opening four times a day for five minutes. Stick index fingers into the opening and gently pull it apart.

You could try to stretch your foreskin very carefully but if it doesn't work, please go for a circumcision. I had it too and am very glad I did it.

You are still very young so it should not be a problem. Try the stretching. I could not pull back until in my twenties. No problem with sex.

Unless it causing you pain now do not worry. When you are older consider a circumcision but I would leave it as a last resort.
