Skin connected to the tip of penis.

Skin connected to the tip(bell) of penis. I had 2 spots where skins was connected to the tip. But I managed to pull one of them off quite easily and it healed in a few days. But the other one is on the back( side I can't see). It is not causeing any problems just doesn't look normal. Wondering if it is normal

That depends. It could be your frenulum. How old are you?

That is normal if it is your frenulum. Can you retract the foreskin back to expose the head of your penis? If you can then I'm sure things will be fine. You're still very young and will still be going through puberty.

Yea I can expose the head and I have just resently been seeing signs of puberty
