Can’t retract foreskin when erect

Hi am 24 yrs old. Recently (3 months ago) I had an extraction of my right testicle due to a t1 seminoma. Now I want to know if I’m experiencing Phimosis or Paraphimosis as my foreskin can’t fully pull back when erect. I don’t feel pain at all or difficulties when making love. The attached picture shows how it actually looks.

You have phimosis, if you can clean it well and it doesn't affect your sexlife I don't think you HAVE to do anything about it but you might want to visit a doctor just to be sure.

(You might be able to fix it at home by stretching aswell)

While penis is flacid, pull the opening apart with your fingers, holding it for several minutes. Repeat three more times per day.
