14 near 15 and i can pull my foreskin back but only a 3rd of the way, is this normal

There is no set age, we all develop at different rates. If you are not in any discomfort just wait and see if things improve as you get older. You can try gentle stretching in the bath or shower but I was in my late Twenties before being able to pull back fully. Nothing to be concerned about.

Hi Pete I suffered with the same problem at your age I’m now in my early 20’s. Well I won’t go into to much detail as that would be inappropriate your still a minor but I had to have an operation called circumcision as I got older the skin got tighter to the point I couldn’t pull it back anymore and it had to be removed.

Anyway I won’t go on my advice is speak to your parents about this issue if you haven’t already and get them to make you an appointment at the doctors you have a couple of options available to you which your doctor will discuss but don’t be shy or embarrassed about it I was once in your position if you need any more advice or have any questions I will try to answer them in the best appropriate way possible or talk to an older sibling or guardian I’m also happy to do so. It may be the start of a medical term called Phimosis. This is how mine started, which resulted in me getting circumcised quite recently. But I’d definately try the stretching techniques to try and stretch it

For your age it is normal. You can stretch the opening with your fingers to enlarge it. No need to worry as it will sort out in time.
