Sore penis glands due to phimosis

As of not being able to pull my forekin back fully past the glands I am unable to clean them thoroughly, i can get up to the edge but not all the way, this is causing it to become sore, wondering if there is any advice as I would not like it to lead to any infection.

Start stretching the opening. Work gently with it for five minutes, four times per day. Just rinse with water, no soap. If you have continued redness, treat with yeast cream.

I know it sounds very off putting but I used cotton buds to clean mine I would get them between the foreskin and the gland and gently swirl it round a few times removing all the nasty stuff it doesn’t hurt then I would get in the shower/bath and rinse it out as best as I could and helped me as it was getting irritated red and itchy I’ve recently been circumcised as creams and solutionions would have never worked as horrible as it sounds I hope this helps 👍
