My testicals have lots of lose things attaching them to my body and they all meet at one point and there is a bit of a lump this is on both and I am only 15 and my penis is 5.7 inch erect. Please help me

Do you mean on the inside of your testies?

Bumpy, tubey, gristle feeling? If so that is normal. I remember going to doctor at about your age wondering the same thing.

But to be sure I recommend seeing your doctor. Don’t worry or feel embarrassed. He or she has seen and checked countless balls over their career and much worse. It’s no different to any other body part.
