Do you mean on the inside of your testies?
Bumpy, tubey, gristle feeling? If so that is normal. I remember going to doctor at about your age wondering the same thing.
But to be sure I recommend seeing your doctor. Don’t worry or feel embarrassed. He or she has seen and checked countless balls over their career and much worse. It’s no different to any other body part.
