Sperm not release.

Hi Dear All,

I am Prasanna, and i'm new here. I'm 43 years old.

I am a diabetic patient.I have a question and please help me.

I had sex with wife last week and she enjoyed sex with me. When i inserting my penis into her genital , we both are able to enjoy a lot but sperm not release even once during the sex. My penis was strong and hard from starting and end of sex penis getting small likes after released sperm.After that my penis not getting strong.

could you please advice me on that.

Any help would be much appreciated.
