Stitches starting to come out day 5 circumcision

Hey so I was just cleaning my wound a three of the stitches closest to my stomach fell out, well just the little knotted top bits, is this too early? Is it normal?

Not sure what you mean by 'closest to stomach' but my stitches started coming out on day four. Important thing is just short soaks in bath, do not touch ! As ever if you worried give Hospital a call or your GP.

Opposite frenulum side, I have a pretty bad infection as I'm in complete agony, so swollen that I can't clean it properly now
