Testicular and kidney pain?

Hi there recently i've being having pain in my kidneys and left testicle. it develops at night mostly and disappears after i sleep. I gave my scrotum a quick feel over and felt what i thought was a lump but it wasnt attached to the testicled and moved when i tried to feel it.

You need a deeper examination. Usually extratesticular lumps should not be anything very serious. What it is not clear is if the pain is testicular and irradiated to your abdomen or viceversa. Ultrasound scan of all your uro-genital system could be a first important examination to do.
