Sorry I'm Italian, I do not understand what you are saying: Is you foreskin sore/wounded after sexual intercourse?

Hi Mah123, I used to get exactly that kind of issue. It is quite sore and it can put the sexual desire right away as soon as you started penetrating but when I had my circumcism at the age of 30 the problem seems eradicated. My suggestion is to go and see your GP to discuss. Good luck.

You could try some sort of moisturiser, cocoa butter or hydro-cortisone cream. But I think you need to see your GP.

Good Luck
