Can anyone tell me what would be the changes on the sexual desire after vasectomy? I am keen to know before deciding myself doing one. Your advice and experience would be much appreciated.

Hi there is no change to be honest. There is a 10-15% chance on ongoing discomfort (pvp), which may be a small consideration. Good luck in your choice

Absolutely none, although the prospect of no babies as a consequence of sex may make toy want to do it more often. Had the snip over 20 yrs ago. Haven't looked back.

What is the best method of Vasectomy available in NHS at present?

Don't think there is a choice ?

The best method with the smallest chance of issues is the 'no scalpel' method. Not all surgeons are practised in this however.

Finally some info regarding this issue. Been thinking about it, just haven't figured if I'm ready yet. On the other hand, with my age it soon'll be over so what's the point.
