I had a circumcision roughly 5 years ago at the age of 23 to cure a very tight foreskin. Everything has been ok until about 6 months ago when a little red spot looking thing grew and one day whilst having sex it came off and bleed alot. Within the last 6 months it grew back and has the same thing has since happened. It grows right on the stitch line of the circumcision. What could this be?

I had my circumcision quite recently but anything like this and I would be going to see my Doc. Not something I would want to leave to chance.
Please let us know how how you get on.
Good Luck
Because this anomaly occurs on your circumcision scar line, it may be the result of a misplaced stitch during the operation. But you should see your GP. He or she may have a simple answer or you may be referred to a urologist.

Likely it's a a non serious residual stitch or granuloma.
But as said see your doctor and maybe get the area cauterised. Your gp can probably do that
