My foreskin doesnt retract over my head whatsoever. It doesnt cause any pain but I would rather it look "normal", sounds like I have phimosis. Can someone help?

There are lots of similar posts on here with lots of good advice.

If you have no other symptoms pain/discharge etc then I would not worry too much. Try gentle stretching and hydrocortisone cream can help. Be sure to keep the area clean and see your Doc if really worried, but 'What is Normal' ?

Good Luck
