Have just seen in the papers a new treatment for prostate, its a new laser treatment just wondering how good it is?

Worth discussing with your consultant. Whether it is a good idea for you will depend on your exact symptoms and the degree of impact they have on your life. All surgery including this type has risks and this is surgery in delicate area.
