Moles

Everytime I look in the mirror I see a new mole. Someone said it is because I got fair skin and I should avoid direct sunlight. Is there anyway to protect my skin so that I don't get anymore moles?

Hi Matt, have a look at our page:

menshealthforum.org.uk/skin...

I too have a lot of moles. They're not of themselves a problem, it just means there are more of them you need to keep an eye on! I cover up with clothes - long sleeve tops - but a bit of sun is good for you.

Not what you're looking for?
