Frenulum breve

Hi, I think I suffer from something I believe is called frenulum breve, I understand it to be a tight frenulum on the penis stopping the for sling retracting all the way.

I have been looking online at nhs direct and embarrassing bodies etc but can't seem to find a reliable source for some advice, I would appreciate some advice on what I should do about it and any treatment available.

Thanks
