I had the peace, of skin from the head to the foreskin removed about 3 months ago everything as cleared up but I am still getting pain.

I'm guessing you had your frenulum removed, but you don't say why? I imagine it can take a couple of years for scarring to fully resolve, but I don't think it should be painful.
