Why do u need circumcision at this age, in case it is medical reason there is no need to avoid, its his problem how to awake ur sleeping penis

I’m the same way. My urologist told me they could do a circumcision but if I didnt loose the weight the pad would eventually cover it again and I could loose shaft length as well.
