nocturnal erections.

hi guys, so I'm 41, in recent weeks, I've been getting h the usual nighttime erections which all men get, however they are so strong and powerful they are waking me up at least 2/3 times a night!!!

anyone else experience this?

Hey guy in his sixties here and I'm the same. They never used to be a problem but since I was circumcised 4 years ago my night erections are very intense and like you wake me up. They also take ages to go down and I find it difficult to get back to sleep. Before getting cut, I had foreskin problems so I don't know if that was keeping them under control or not. It's not something I should be complaining about but they are annoying at the time

Thank you.... maybe I am sleeping lighter therefore noticing them more? Having gone through a spell of ED at 39 I am certainly not complaining 😊 just wondered if I was alone with this lol

Well you're not alone but I wouldn't mind if they happened at a more convenient moment. I never seem to reach the same strength at other times of the day.

Yes that's the sort of thing you expect as a teenager not in middle age. Mine are mostly confined to nighttime. Tell me are you taking anything or is it just happening?

Maybe get the Mrs to be awake at the same time? Seriously, sounds normal to me. On diffusing the erection I keep a bottle of water near the bed to drink. In the night this is sufficiently cold to ease an erection if I hold it against my penis

No Mrs in my bed.... and only a Mr some nights a week but I don't think disturbing his sleep would be good lol

Heya, 41-year-old male here, was circumcised earlier this year in March and I get this too since the op. I sleep naked anyway, but the big stiffies rubbing on duvet in the night wake me up two or three times a night. But... I'd rather be woken up by them than never have them since the operation often comes with worries it will cause ED. Hope you're okay, mate.

yup 47 year old here, totally 👍🏼 get you, almost uncomfortable tbh, wake me up also & that one just as I wake up is even more powerful 🤦🏼‍♂️ same still popping up randomly too, on the bus the other day 🤷🏼‍♂️

Same issue here. 60 years old. Night time erections that could cut steel. Annoying, they keep me awake most nights. I know I shouldn't complain but it's like no other time in my life. They hurt, Dr says there's nothing wrong to enjoy it. Lol. Right. I usually get up and walk around for a bit and it will subside but once back in bed. Hard as a rock again. Goes on all night😵‍💫
