Tight erections post op

Hi guys! I am at the end of week 5 post my ZSR circumcision op. The healing is done. The silicon ring has completely come off, and there is little to no swelling.

Although what I have realised is whenever i have erections, the are tight. It feels like I am about to burst or something lol. The length also seems to have decreased a bit. I know the length doesn't get affected, but the tight erection is concerning me. I am definitely waiting for the 6 week mark to masturbate, but is there any home remedy or anything to apply down there for the tightness? How long will it take for the penis to feel ok?

Any suggesstions would be great. Thanks.

I suspect it is just a case of your penis getting used to what happened during surgery. It should settle down. If you are worried by your situation, please consult a doctor.

I’m 5 months post op and I’m still experiencing the same exact thing. My doc said to give it a year and the skin will stretch and soften. When I have a strong erection the skin will actually split near the scar line. It just sucks.

Oh god! Then how do you deal with masturbation and sex?

I just hammer down and take it. Lol. It has gotten a little better but I’m still a couple inches from where I was. it’s hard to explain but it’s almost like the skin is so tight that it’s holding it back so the skin just has to stretch overtime.

I still have to wait a week or 2 to start masturbating again. I am scared :/ Need to use a lot of lube?

yes. you can't pull the shaft up and down

bio oil or water based oil
