I'm about 7 weeks post OP. Still swollen a bit, but overall it's looking pretty good. The problem is erection strength. Whether I'm by myself or with a partner, my erections max out at about 70-80%. Doesn't matter if it's mental stimulation or physical. I can't get those diamond hard-ons like I used to.
Any ideas?

I had phimosis and tight frenulum. When cricumcised, my doc left the frenulum intact. I am 8 months post surgery and still can't get a rock solid erection fit for penetration.
I saw my doctor and he gave me gelatian violet to apply but nothing good happened. I am now appying steroid cream as my frenulum appears to be restricting my erection.
The last resort would be to go for a secind surgery where my frenulum will be completely removed. I am unsure about the style of cut your doctor did but perhaps if its the same as mine than that may be the reason why you can't get erections.
Its still early days for you but from what is considered normal is that men usually get painful night erections after being circumcised. I never experienced that as my frenulum was left intact by my doctor.
