I'm 32 years old and had a circumcision due to BXO getting worse. I'm just over 4 weeks now and I was healing well, getting (painful) erections during the process. Last week they stopped hurting and was getting semis and erections a lot (all be it around 70-80% strength and would go down quickly). I managed to masturbate twice successfully and try sex with my gf but we stopped as i think it was hurting her.
Fast forward to two days ago and I'm horny all morning, won't stop getting semis so me and my gf try having sex but I think my brain finally sort of 'understood' the difference in sensation and went floppy. Since then I've had not one whiff of a semi or erection. Now I'm reeeeally panicking and anxious, losing sleep and worries that I have erectile dysfunction. I haven't had any boners at night or morning wood, in can barely stimulate it and I'm really freaking out and upset.
Has anyone else been through a similar thing? Will they come back? What do I do?

the more you focus on it the worse it will get. Just let it heal and you go about doing all your other things. Leading your life as normal. Eventually your body will heal and things will feel normal.
Remember that although things on the outside look healed it isn’t the same on the inside. Give your body time to heal.
As other have also mentioned, good experienced doctors will tell you to wait 8-9 weeks before attempting masturbation or penetrative sex. And if it feels sore after then perhaps you need to wait a few more weeks.
thanks for the comments guys. I had a bit of a nervous breakdown over it, and had to get some medication for my own sanity.
My boners came back pretty easily when I calmed down but just not at full strength yet, they go down pretty quickly. Is that normal still? I'm 5 weeks post-op now, still some hard scar tissue / swelling around the scar and all stitches out. Getting night time erections again as well but they're not as hard. I guess I'm still healing and my dick is just trying to get used to the change.
