Please Guys It's been more than 10 years with nonstop burning on my testicles. I visited many doctors but nothing changed, Is there anybody who went through the same experience, i did urine and blood tests all the reports said I didn't have any problem, years back when I took antibiotics, they only worked during those days I'm taking them, after that, the burning will continue. Everyone thinks I'm cool but deep down this burning sensation is like a furnace on my testicles.

Is it on both mate?

I had something quite similar on my left but I could also feel some significant swelling and it turned out I had a Varicocele.

In my mid-20s I encountered a burning sensation inside my right testicle which later turned out to be a swollen vas deferens (the tube that carried sperm from the testicles). I was put on antibiotics and told to masturbate more to hopefully unclog the tube. I would recommend speaking to a medical professional, but it sounds like you're doing so.

Thanks for your reply its really appreciated, on my side after masturbating or having sex i will feel cool for atleast 3 days then after that it will start again

Then at least until you find out what it is, try to cum every 2-3 days I guess
