[Urgent Help] Balanitis, Testicular pain and small spots on penis foreskin.

I have been facing penis and testicle mild pain since 4 months. I have faced balanitis and rashes near testicles . Doctors said it's nothing and said it's a fungal infection. They referred a cream and some medication for fungal. But why testicle mild pain I feel gentle top side pain. May anybody help me what is this ? All tests are Negative

Sometimes this just happens, like in the situation if guy didn't nut for a period of time, his balls may cry for a release. If all these tests results negative, then I think you're just over reacted and the trauma which you had before all these tests are still glued in your mind so that you still feel so even after the tests. The solution I would be you can have a second opinion with another doctor and eventually if the result is negative, than you have to get rid off the traumatic experience that yourself builded in your mind bro.

What tests have you had and do you have any marks on the Penis shaft. You may want to ask for a second opinion to confirm what your Doc' has said.

There is no mark on penis shaft... but foreskin have spots .. no sores

No marks on the shaft is a good sign. I think white spots on the foreskin can be normal, red or dark spots, not so.

Have a feel of your Testes for any unusual lumps or bumps. I am inclined to agree with Busha and all is fine. But if no improvement and you still worried ask for a second opinion.

Yes! No mark on the shaft but there is a group of white spot on the foreskin but it is not painful. Testicle pain is still issue. As well as I have been facing nerves pain in my body... near neck... it's weakness.

I have discomfort in the left testicle but only if I knock or touch it. I had an ultrasound scan and I'm told I don't need urology, but may have suffered a recurrence of inguinal hernia for which I had surgery 18 months ago. Waiting for the surgeons to tell me what might need to be done. Meanwhile, knowing there's nothing wrong with my testes, I'm reassured that it isn't a major issue.
