Likelihood of closed penis degloving (Morel-Lavallée lesion) after 3 years?

Good day. Google brought me here on somewhat similar thread. My case is bit different, maybe someone has similar experiences.

Male, 37 years.

Embarrasing story follows:

3 years ago I was bit too horny and my girlfriend back then was rough (not blaming her), she jerked me off several times in a row, last when I was soft. My penis was swollen and sore. When flaccid it is now smaller and wider potato. Erect form is bit bent. (I'm a grower.)

There seems to be more skin now it sits in.

Question: how likely is it I got closed degloving case (skin ripped from muscle)? According to google and Scientific papers, Morel-Lavallée lesion can take years to kick out. But they also say it usually happens around bones?

If there was tissue necrosis or "capsule" in penis, would it still get erect like it does?

it sounds as if the various corpora do not have fibrosis or, if they do, it is not sufficient to stop them acting in the way they should to produce an erection. Is your pens the same length when erect as it was before your GFs attempt to kill it??

Believe me I appreciate your comment that this is embarrassing, but really, you should go to a Dr on this. After 3 years you need to know what has happened and what the outlook is. The Dr will have seen many large, small, ugly and beautiful willie's, yours will just be another. Even if you get a concrete opinion from a fellow sufferer here (or Dr Google) you'll never really know for sure.If you have to get past the rottweiler (receptionist) just say it's private.
