I'm 7 days on post op. The neck of the penis is swollen big and it look like some water inside. What to do ? Is this circumcision is perfectly done? And by balls are hanging from the 1st day on post op. Is this normal?

Yes you will still have a lot of swelling at 7 days post op. There will also be lymph fluid in the area. It's too early to see what the final result will look like till the swelling goes down. I was very swollen and my penis was unrecognisable and there was also swelling in my balls. So you should wait till things look normal

You're going to be swollen with blood and lymph fluid in the early weeks. You've been through a serious operation on a very sensitive part of your body - the swelling is protective and full of blood to help you heal. My willy swelled up massively in the first few weeks, but it slowly resolved.
