if you have a medical issue with your penis, your insurance should cover the procedure. Outpatient procedures in CA can cost $3500 to $4500 out of pocket, with most providers not accepting insurance.

You might not need a circumcision. Your doctor may suggest stretching your foreskin and applying steroid cream. Less expensive too!
