Well I'm no expert and apart from the unnecessary circumcision with religious beliefs but that's open to judgement. I think having a foreskin is natural protects your glans and keeps your sensitivity. I had phimosis as a teen and gently stretched open the foreskin each day until I could retract the foreskin to see my helmet for the first time! Now it just peels back naturally when I'm aroused.

Circumcision
I had the opposite experience, when i was a teenage the foreskin would retract when flacid, but not erect. When it did retract it was painful. The older I got the tighter my foreskin got, no matter how much I stretched, even with the cream the doctor gave me. I was left with no other choice than have a circumcision.
Shows how different we are. I had a tight frenulum which made my cock head tilt forward when I masturbated. So stupidly (sounds weird now) I used to rub a thumbnail over it which blead a bit and the frenulum became loose so that's how I was able to get the foreskin back properly. Not recommending it but I was too shy to go to see a G.P.
Not everything that is natural is necessarily good or desirable. Cancers are natural - but should not be left in place but removed as soon as possible.
Great to hear the stretching exercises helped you to overcome the phimosis without the need for surgery. I'm sure others can learn from your technique and use it to obtain recovery.
Hi,
Thanks for your reply. It worked for me but obviously some guys need to go for the surgery. Having a cock is fab. I worked in a care home once and an old guy had penile cancer and had it removed. It messed him up as you can imagine. It was like a navel what was left.
It has been my experience that males in general, have a propensity to avoid medical review and treatment - especially, those whose journey has taken them to the end of life years. Early treatment is key and individuals should never feel ashamed or shy to seek medical attention. I had a small freckle on my right leg that suddenly changed into smaller, distributed spots. My general practitioner thought it was just a petite, inconsequential blemish, but out of caution sent me to a dermatologist. The biopsy revealed skin cancer, however, it was caught early enough and the malignant section was removed. When in doubt, seek medical attention.
Yeah, a male thing. I have a mate who had a mole thing on his head (shaved) and they lanced it and wasn't cancer. I had a mole when I was a teen on the back of one thigh that itched and blead, the GP got the nurse to pinch it with sweezers while he tied it with some kind of cotton or twine (primative now looking back) and it fell off after about a week.
I agree. I wish that my parents had no had that done to me as an infant, but here in the US it was almost 100% of male babies left the hospital with healing pee pees. It's not as common these days as more parents are waiting to see if it is needed later or waiting to let the boy decide. I do have a friend who used stretching techniques for almost a year and was able to re-create the foreskin. It looks nice and natural. It amazed me. I have been able to stretch it a little over time and now have some skins covering the edge of the head when soft. So, I'm kind of half and half now. Cheers.
Yeah, it's the sensitivity thing and there for protection in the ideal world but some guys have to have the circumcision for medical reasons. I sometimes use to pull the foreskin back freeballing to get a buzz. We're all different but we are all men too. As long you can have safe sexual pleasure then that's what matters.
