Got mine done in my late 40’s. Lost about 30% sensation. Labido lessen for many men as you age so I can not blame it on the circumcision. Sex felt better before for sure but tend to last just a bit longer now.

I got cut around 5 weeks ago, my glans is still sensitive. Did you face any hypersensitivity in glans? Since its already 4 years, how is it overall?

Got the procedure at 36, 4 months ago.

I’ve become a little less sensitive which I welcome as it allows me to last longer, but not a huge difference to be honest.

I felt a decrease in libido due to the procedure making masturbation a little less fun, but it’s very negligible. I think as time goes by and the scar softens more and more I will feel an uptick of libido.

Yes started applying coconut oil since few days, I can touch it when oil is there but the moment I touch it goes erect. I keep massaging for 5-10 mins tho.I am still using a cotton cap tho, can't directly put in underwear yet. Upper part of glans is developing a tree bark like structure and is comparatively less sensitive than tip and around frenulum area.

Libido stayed the same but sex became more difficult for quite a while afterwards.

If my erection waned for any reason during Sex it was almost impossible to regain my erection. Previously a 'quick tug' would have me hard again.

Doctor prescribed sildenafil for a while, it rarely happens now thankfully.

Sildenafil is very similar to Viagra. I found Viagra gave me a slight headache the following morning and a dry mouth.

And yes it worked very well. 25Mg gave good results and I feel it gave a good sexual experience, not just about getting hard.

Hello , today is my 7th day after zsr circumcision and frenuloplatsy , I was doing well till now , but as I was told not to intake any spicy foods , this evening i just had a meal , now my urine burns and i noticed from today just at the pee hole there is a little yellow discharge but my pee is white , I do not see any green yellow Black color change in the glands so I am wondering from where is the yellow discharge getting gathered in pee hole

Thanks for the reply , today is the 10 th day from the surgery , they have asked me not to dressing anymore let it hang and keep applying ointment , the doctor has left some skin for me , the skin below the tip bottom is swollen and become like a donut , the silicon ring has become invisible in the fat roll of the swolling , I can feel the pressure of the swelling but it's not very very discomforting , I can pee well and everything , btw the tip was covered for 34 years since it's open now it's little purplish I think , all this is normal ?
