weird bump after circumcison?

hello I recently got a circumcision because of BXO. it has been 10 days and its improving vastly, the stiches don't seem to hurt often unless I have an erection which has only really been happening at night and the rest has been healing. the only problem is there's this bump near the top of the gland that is covered in a weird white mucus I originally thought this was just where BXO was cut out but I'm not sure as it can be painful. any information would e very helpful thank you.

Hey brother,I think I am on day 20 today after getting mine done. I also noticed the same as you. I sent pics to my doctor and he said it is part of the healing. It takes a little time for the bump to go away. I can't really see it that much but I can feel that is there. The doctor told me that I could carefully clean the area while in the shower with warm water and a Qtip, which I did and the white stuff went away. He also told me that after day 15 I could use neosporing to make the stitches fall. I haven't used it yet, the stitches are falling on its own. It is more mental tough than anything else. Stay poise, everything will be ok.
