I recently turned 18 and got the procedure done about 3-4 months ago and I have been having issues and it’s taking a toll on my health I’m unable to ejaculate since I got the procedure done before I did I was perfectly fine the only reason I did it was to join the marine corps. Anyways it’s been about a month and a half of me trying to ejaculate and nothing happens after a while I just get bored and give up it’s been like this since. It’s draining my mental health, I’ve never felt so lost and uncomfortable in my entire life.
I made an account noticing I wasn’t the only person having this problem wanted to know if anything got better because I’m struggling right now I broke up with my girlfriend of 2 years because I couldn’t explain to her what was going on. Please someone tell me this isn’t permanent

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. It's understandable that you're upset. it's nothing to be embarrassed about. It could be part of the healing proces or a medical issue related to the procedure. Did a private doctor do the circ? Did the military? I can't believe they make you do it to join. Please ask your doctor about it. Have you been able to ask them? If so could they tell you anything? If the military did this, they may be responsible for fixing it or some sort of compensation to you. Please seek help from a doctor too. Hopefully it's temporary.
It seems quite bizarre that you had to have this procedure to join the marine corps !
It could well be psychological, having surgery can be traumatic but for non medical reasons it may be deep seated ?
Either way, try and relax and not worry about it. It is done and you will heal. Take your mind of sex and wait. The more you try and fail the more you will worry. And so it gets worse.
My father-in-law served in the Marines with foreskin. Yet I have heard of a Marine Cut that cuts off a lot. Some men have much more or less penile nerves. Orgasm/ejaculation difficulty is a reported rare adverse outcome. It’s possible, not necessarily probable IMO.
