What are these purple spots after unprotected sex?

Hello I’m going to need your help. last night I had unprotected sex and this isn’t the first time but this never happened before. when I woke up this morning to go to the bathroom, I flip when I saw these small purple spots I did not ejaculate in her, I pulled out and gripped the tip of my penis so it’s possible it can be a blood rupture but no pain, no irritation, just feels normal. should I do?

Purple spots on the glans ? It might be a bruise. Just keep a track of it to see if anything else develops . Maybe you gripped too hard and a few small capillaries have burst. Try to avoid doing that the next time though ! All the best and take care !

If you have had unprotected sex it might be sensible to have an STI screening. Not cumming inside is no protection!
