tight foreskin

Over the last few months I’ve been suffering with a tight foreskin, it’s more so when I have inter coarse with my wife that I get a severe pain which when looking appears that the foreskin hasn’t stretched over the bellend.

It’s only this where the problem happens as normal masterbation doesn’t cause the pain, I wash my private parts everyday with soap which again doesn’t cause any discomfort, sometimes when cleaning the foreskin does not go back but a little manipulation eventually it does.

Haven’t been to my doctors as to be honest I’m embarrassed and not sure if this is really a medical emergency but would like to get some advise if possible as my wife is thinking I’m getting it elsewhere which I’m not and never would.

I had the same problem. I finally saw a urologist and requested circumcision at age 65. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I wish I had been circumcised at birth.

Best to go have a chat with your GP!! There is no point in you suffering in silence! He/she will totally understand and have seen issues like this hundreds of times. You have nothing to be embarrassed about at all!

We all feel a little embarrassed in cases like this but you will be fine, just go and and have chat and explain the situation! It may be easily rectified

Washing with soap is not good for the foreskin. Try sticking to plain water for that.

What colour is it? If it is porcelain white that might be lichen sclerosis which should be treated with a potent topical steroid. The More potent the steroid the more likely it is to be effective.

I had the same problem when I was 18 years old. Saw my doctor and was circumcised. Have not had any problems with my penis since and I am 64 now.

My foreskin retracted fine but once pulled back it was strangling penis mid shaft looked and felt horrible couldn't keep erection . After years of getting worse after every cream giving . And years of seeing urology telling me they can't do nothing , saw the top urology guy first look said circumcision. Has done yesterday . No pain at mo swollen like a cock can but I know it's early but feels better not the trapped feeling . As the vein top of penis before was fat and kinked hard lump due to foreskin cutting vein bloodflow hopefully helped by circumcision
