urine issues after circumscision

hi all, i had circumscision three weeks ago, its healing well but at times i have urinary issue.

Sometimes urine comes out in two streams where one is faster and other one is slower. Sometimes urine is all good, sometime i have adhesion at the tip of penis where skin gets stick together and i have to break it softy to urine. I'm assuming it happens because due to precum creation when i have erections. And also i pee many times if i am drinking too much water and also face dribble after urinating. The urine color is normal watery.

is this happening with someone else too?

This is a common problem in the immeditate aftermath of circumcision, particularly for adults. The pimary cause of the split stream and difficult aiming is the swelling that occurs after any surgery. You meatus (piss slit) may also be affected by it and the problem there can usually be resolved by pinching the top and bottom together to open the centre before actually urinating.

Not entirely unusual and it can be a nuisance, I found a quick tug usually had me back in line.

Drinking plenty of water can be good and try and train your bladder by holding on a little longer each time you feel the need to go.
