I am in my 4th week post operation, the first few days my surgeon advised me to pass urine in sitting position.
But still now in my 4th week Mostly pass urine in sitting position because I tried couple of time at standing position and the initial flow goes all over the place. My tip of penis head (urethra) is still red and sore.
PS: I had phimosis and balanitis and had undergone frenuloplasty and partial circumcision.

I was in the same situation. Had to sit down otherwise the flow went all over the place. Took a good couple of months for me to get total control back and even after that there was the odd time it still happened. What makes it worse is that you think it is going to splash around so you don't relax which also affects the flow. The redness and discomfort on the tip will go, just takes a bit of time.
That's likely to be caused by the redness at the tip, which will be due to contact with your underwear. Hopefully it will settle down as it adjusts to being exposed. I found my urine flow improved post-circ although I'm still consistently peeing at an angle. I had that before my circ but it's more noticeable now.
Difficulty directing still applies to me 3 year down the mine. Sometimes it’s all fine and great others it’s like a sprinkler on a hose pipe. Very frustrating buddy
I totally agree. I wasn’t made aware of it. I lost size too after the op which also wasn’t discussed. That never came back either. Did u notice any difference in size
No size is same because I had undergone partial circumcision which means my foreskin still covers my glans 70-80% at flaccid. During erection it goes back behind the ring. I am still in very early phase post op, will see how is it turned out to be in couple of months time.
Lucky you. I wish mine had been partial I have none left at all. I went from about 6.5 to 5 maybe 5.5 if I’m lucky. Makes me feel tiny lol. I hope u don’t experience this in the future. We all need our size for self esteem lol
