White drops post Circ

Hi everyone ! Had a circumcision done 4 weeks ago for recurrent Balanoposthitis. Had also developed an abnormal and split urine stream few days prior to the circ . Now am on Tamsulosin and I notice that sometimes before I urinate a whitish drop comes out first before the actual urine .. anyone experienced the same ?

is it precum/cum or pus?

I think you should call doctor, check if the medicines is working on you.

Its definitely not pus but it looks like maybe precum or just a cloudy urine drop ! After the first drop the rest of the stream is clear though..yea will contact the doc..thank you for the reply !

Could very well be a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) as some adult man have reported to get these after a circumcision. Cause for this is unknown, as circumcision can’t really trigger a UTI. But it happens. Call your doctor, explain the situation, and what you see, and he or she might be able to diagnose you on the spot. If not, you might have to set up an appointment.

Tamsulosin can cause retrograde ejaculation. When you pee after cumming, that may be what you are seeing.

Yea I have heard about this but I actually notice this before peeing and I haven't actually cummed since the surgery ! Was waiting for the 6 week mark...I contacted the clinic...should be getting my answer soon...thank you for the reply..

Retrograde happens to me most times when I ejaculate since I commenced tamsulosin . Not painful - just a strange pop. Takes a bit of getting used to!

And nothing to clean up.

May I know how long since the retrograde ejac started for you after starting the drug itself..I heard that once ur off the drug everything goes back to normal ?

Retrograde started within 48 hours. I experimented with taking alternate days. Retrograde went back to normal but flow issues were too much to cope with. So back to take every day.

Update : Managed to get hold of the doc . He told me it's common with Tamsulosin and will stop once I am off it . I have also developed a dry throat and some amount of nasal stuffiness due to the drug . So if anyone else is on this drug just be aware of the possibilities and side effects !
