Scraped/Bruised my thing (hurts a lot!)

I got a long scrape 2 nights back probably because I didn't pulled back my boxers

The scrape is actually around my penis and it hurts so much

There's a vein too that hurts when touched I can't retract my foreskin..I almost fainted last night because of the pain

Will it heal? How many days would it take?
