tight testicles (turn into one ball)

hi, 44 and last few months i have noticed my testicles are always tight, when i wake up they hang slightly,but the rest of the time they are tight like they are one round ball even though they are quite warm.

would this be down to old age?

wearing tight boxers?

hopefully this is just the cold weather but they normaly do hang slightly

it’s probably just down to the cold then mate, or the fact you do not have larger testicles, everyone is different

You could be right, but I don't always rem them up and tight like this all the time. Cheers
