Pain and tightness in previously torn frenulum

Hi guys, about 5 months ago I tore my frenulum during a hard hump and there was a slight tear but lotsa bleeding, my doctor gave me a cream to prevent infection and the wound's healed. However right now my frenulum area is still very sensitive and tight and I can't have sex without covering my frenulum with my foreskin and a condom on top of that. Please help guys on what can I use or do to elongate my frenulum and have sex without a condom.

Your doctor may be able to prescribe a steroid cream to assist in stretching your frenulum. Assuming scar tissue is causing the problem, you can have a frenuloplasty

Hi Man, it can be hard to resolve once scarring has occurred you could try some steroid cream if this doesn't help then a frenuloplasty would be your best option.

Instead of a frenuloplasty is it better to just get circumcised instead?I understand frenuloplasty is more painful and since the frenulum is highly sensitive it might desensitise pleasure if I have the procedure, is that true bro?

No, frenuloplasty is not more painful than circumcision. It's the same pain on both. I would rather choose frenuloplasty or frenulectomy first.

A frenuloplasty repairs the frenulum and a frenulectomy removes the frenulum. I would think this would be less painful than a circumcision where they remove the frenulum and the foreskin. Unless you want to get circumcised then if I was you I would only get a frenuloplasty or a frenulectomy.

Hi it wouldn't necessarily be better to have a circumcision it all depends on what you want. I think in your case the frenulum will need to be assessed by your doctor urologist. a frenuloplasty will lengthen and release the tightness. A frenulotomy would remove it. We all heal differently so can't say how long it would take. I can't say about desensitizing and pleasure ether that all depends on what is removed or cut some guys would lose it and other may not. It the same thing with having a circumcision there are several different ways of doing it and defrent style's. so I think you should have it assessed with your urologist and do your research you will need to have the frenulum fixed because you are at high risk of it tearing again.
