Hi guys had my Surgery Monday great surgeon no pain much, no sensitivity much maybe early days, but is it normal for it to have a sausage roll appearance like puffy before the head?. When i was sitting up it dissapeared the head into the back part padded / swelling bit i freaked a bit thinking did they take enough off. I read try to extract it back 5 x a day etc.. but how far do u go back just past the gland gently??
But standing peeing is normal looking kind off was others like this also?? I know its not going to look like i was done at birth appearance this early . Any advice on sleeping not to bad slight erection, but woke me pain so i knew and it went back down again.
I assume stitches are all there they are very fine light colour so not sure if i can tell if any are gone broken?. I just hope swelling goes down soon they say 6 weeks . But any good tips i can follow like salt water rinsing or reducing the swelling, also what do you do if you get an itch?
hi if you retract a bit can you see top of gland ? I see a few stitches not many the swelling is something else. It felt a little hard if I pressed the swelling, which is weird .. omg it’s not nice to look at but normal I guess sensitivity not to bad or pain how about you? Was it done freehand . Day 4 here .. we arnt to far apart in days ..guess think of the end result
I can see 1 or 2 stiches on frenulum over than that can't see nothing else, swelling also feels hard hoping it goes down soon so I can what I'm working with 🤣 no or sensitivity also which I'm too grateful for. Woke up with a bit blood this morning probably from erection during night.
what you describe about swelling and retraction etc is normal - great that there is not too much discomfort - be patient and it will heal and when the swelling is gone it will look more normal
Thanks I’m using salt water baths in the morning also. But just once a day and wearing tight undies keep it all in place sleeping 🫣. Reassuring knowing this is all normal.
