post circumcision sensitivity

hi all. i am 23M and had circumcision 15 days ago. it got infected and the bottom stitches came out partially so its not "stuck" on the bottom. doc says hopefully heal naturally as have dressing which i change daily. i have an intense throbbing in the shaft when getting an erection and feels like it can't go to full length - has anyone else experienced this?

side note when can i go clubbing again - is it bad to sweat a lot or not really? also due to go on holiday next month will that be an issue being so active?

Hi there I had mine 18 days ago, similar symptoms to you on (night) erections, infection (antibiotics) and stitching healing. Am still a little swollen but improving. Struggling still with healing of glans. Still doing a saltwater bath. Problem I have is if I use gauze to protect and have mobility then removal of gauze painful and still causes bleeding. Too sore to contemplate a return to normal activity yet (too old to go clubbing!)

Bro clubbing should be ur last concern. Let yourself heal. If u fuck ur dick up bcuz u went clubbing or didn't let ur self heal you'll regret it for the rest of ur life
