Problems with circumcision surgery at day 12 of recovery

Hi!! I hope you are doing great.

12 days ago i went through circumcision surgery. I took all the meds which took the pain away and most of the inflammation. The problem is that I didn’t use the ice pack as advised during the first 48 hrs, i only applied it 3 or 4 times. Although most of the inflammation has gone away i still see and fill fluid on the shaft of the penis which makes my penis look like a bean bag in which my glans sinks into when not erected. I’ve been applying hot compresses which has helped a little but I’m still not satisfied with the results.

is this normal at this stage of recovery??

mine swelling till 5 weeks and look like bean bag, but once swelling reduce its so fast

I’m in day 20 and I have a bean of swelling in the back of my penis, it gets me worried which is why I’m here I’m just trusting the process

So fyi. Cold takes away inflammation/ swelling down. Heat adds to inflammation/ swelling
